Ingredients
1/4 lb prosciutto, very thinly sliced
12 melon cubes (cantaloupe or honeydew)
12 seedless grapes
freshly ground black pepper (optional)
toothpicks or skewers
Directions
Slice prosciutto into thin strips lenghtwise. Wrap each melon cube with a strip of prosciutto. Top with a grape on each piece. Skewer together using a toothpick or mini skewer. Season lightly with black pepper (optional). Serve & enjoy chilled on a platter!
